On Monday, we had the official welcome at the school, after some speeches we moved to the playground to admire some of our primary school pupils performing typical Catalan dances, then we had breakfast together and after that we were welcomed in our City Council by Mr. Manel Pérez, the counsellor of Education. In the afternoon we went to Pastisseria Núria, where the students could learn how to make the typical Easter desert called “mona”. The students enjoyed a hands-on experience and went home with a tiny “mona” they could share with their host family.

In the evening we enjoyed a great workshop at “Minyons”, after some explanations given by Sergi Forrellat, our students could enjoy the training session and were invited to take part in it.
